📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist nurses and doctors in performing medical tasks, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for procedures.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Help maintain a clean and organized patient environment, following infection control protocols.
- Assist in the administration of medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest healthcare practices and technologies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nursing Attendant or similar healthcare role.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
