📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain and update the accounts payable system using SAP or similar financial software.
• Monitor payment deadlines and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time payments.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on accounts payable activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial controls.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Provide support to the finance team during audits and financial reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
