📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of banking strategies and initiatives.
• Support team leaders in managing projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and systems using relevant software such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SAP.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all banking activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a banking or financial institution.
