📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
• Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys using tools like SurveyMonkey.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and workshops.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and feedback.
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace for efficient communication and project tracking.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in employee engagement and best practices.
• Support the HR team in recruiting and onboarding new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee engagement or a similar role.
• Proven track record of improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Certification in employee engagement or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
