📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality mathematics lessons to students from primary to secondary levels
• Create and implement engaging and effective teaching methods to foster a love for mathematics
• Develop and assess student performance using standardized and non-standardized assessments
• Utilize educational technology, such as Khan Academy, GeoGebra, and Desmos, to enhance the learning experience
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and instructional materials
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them achieve their full potential
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mathematics education
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school or educational institution
• Strong understanding of mathematics curriculum and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Passion for education and a commitment to excellence in teaching
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid teaching certification or license, preferably from Indonesia
