📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal temperature and humidity levels.
• Manage and oversee power distribution systems, including UPS and generators.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect our data centers.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of data center equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs and upgrades.
• Assist in the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support to data center staff and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Generate and analyze reports on facility performance and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center facility management or a similar role.
• Certification in data center operations (e.g., Uptime Institute Associate, BICSI Associate) is a plus.
• Proficient in using data center management software (e.g., Raritan, Vertiv, or Liebert).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, and security systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, and ISO).
