The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is seeking a dedicated Staff Health Officer to join our team in Bali. This is a fixed-term contract position, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to humanitarian health services in a dynamic and culturally rich environment. The Staff Health Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality health services to affected communities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide medical and health services to affected communities, including emergency medical care, health promotion, and disease prevention.,Conduct health assessments and provide medical consultations to determine the health needs of the community.,Develop and implement health programs and projects in collaboration with local health authorities and community leaders.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health programs, and make recommendations for improvements.,Provide training and capacity building to local health workers and community health volunteers.,Ensure compliance with ICRC standards, policies, and procedures, as well as national and international health regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medical services provided, and prepare reports for management.,Collaborate with other ICRC staff and partners to ensure coordinated and effective health responses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in health services, preferably in a humanitarian or community health setting.,Strong knowledge of health systems, health promotion, and disease prevention.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse communities.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment, and to adapt to changing circumstances.,Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.,Valid first aid and CPR certification.,Ability to obtain and maintain relevant certifications and qualifications as required by the ICRC.
