📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage procurement.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Train and develop restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with the general manager and other restaurant managers to ensure that the overall operations of the hotel are running smoothly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing a restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work well with a diverse team of employees.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
