AMMAN is seeking a highly experienced Safety, Health & Loss Prevention Manager to join our mining operations in Sumbawa Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing safety and health programs in the mining industry. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the success of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety and health programs that comply with international and local regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.,Monitor and analyze safety performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with external stakeholders, including government agencies and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with environmental and social responsibility standards.,Promote a safety culture within the organization and encourage employee involvement in safety initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in safety and health management in the mining industry.,Certification as a Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Manager or equivalent is preferred.,Strong knowledge of international safety standards and regulations, including OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, and local laws.,Proven experience in managing and leading a team of safety professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
