As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, from managing staff to maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and control restaurant costs to ensure profitability.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and training staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is a plus.
