📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the health center, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of healthcare services.,Coordinate with local government and other stakeholders to ensure the health center's needs are met.,Ensure the health center's financial health through effective budgeting and resource management.,Promote community health initiatives and educate the public on healthcare best practices.,Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.,Represent the health center at local and regional healthcare conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of local healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services to the community.
