As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions. This is a remote position based in Dili, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all financial activities including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy.,Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial health.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
