Apotek Eko Digital is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for improving efficiency and customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our pharmacy and enhancing the overall customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Manage and coordinate the work of the pharmacy staff to achieve operational goals.,Implement and monitor operational procedures to improve productivity and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or retail sector.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices in the pharmaceutical industry.,Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.,Proficient in using operational software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
