As a Midwife at Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe and compassionate care to expectant mothers and newborns. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary healthcare team, including doctors, nurses, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive prenatal, labor, and postnatal care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide prenatal, labor, and postnatal care to expectant mothers and newborns.
• Monitor and manage high-risk pregnancies, ensuring the safety of both the mother and the baby.
• Perform routine and emergency obstetric procedures, including vacuum extractions and episiotomies.
• Educate patients and their families about pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
• Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in hospital committees and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Midwifery or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in midwifery, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Certification from a reputable midwifery board, such as the Indonesian Midwifery Board (BPM-KI).
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care.
• Valid work permit and medical license for Indonesia.
