In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Pontianak and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
  • Process and reconcile bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
