PT Tirta Cendana is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety and operational protocols.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Oversee the issuance and return of vehicles, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.,Handle vehicle repairs and coordinate with external service providers as needed.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
