📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation, including salary administration and performance-based bonuses.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training programs to enhance employee engagement and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
