📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Process payroll using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain employee records and support HRIS using BambooHR.
• Handle employee relations, including addressing concerns and facilitating communication between employees and management.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents, such as performance reviews and exit interviews.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR and payroll systems like QuickBooks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a high-energy setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.

• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
