📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the implementation of IT projects, including cloud migration, cybersecurity enhancements, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to define and execute IT strategies that support business objectives.
• Mentor and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems, implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
• Monitor and optimize IT performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and trends, and drive their adoption within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in leading IT teams.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in cybersecurity and data protection, with a focus on implementing and managing security protocols.
• Proficient in using IT management tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop IT teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to drive IT initiatives.
