📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staff performance and training to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional activities.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales performance.,Experience with POS systems and retail software.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
