As the Deputy HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing HR functions and supporting the HR Director in strategic initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Support the HR Director in strategic planning and HR analytics.,Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee benefits and compensation management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with performance management systems and methodologies.,Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation practices.
