📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met.,Manage and train branch staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or property sector.,Proven track record of successful branch management and sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with property management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
