Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective performance.Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Monitor branch financial performance and report to the regional office.Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.Represent the company at industry events and conferences.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving branch performance.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
