📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Manage a team of accountants and provide guidance and support.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.,Monitor and control the company's financial activities.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
