📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Promote and participate in company events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
