📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement retail sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the planning and execution of retail promotions and events.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
