📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the MEP design and construction phases of various projects.
  • Manage the project's budget and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct quantity surveys and cost analyses to ensure accurate project costing.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and surveyors.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering and quantity surveying.
  • Professional certification in MEP engineering and quantity surveying (e.g., PMP, RICS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
