📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and issues in a timely manner.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Experience with IT security and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
