📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Address employee grievances and conflicts, mediating disputes to maintain a harmonious work environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, timekeeping, and payroll information.,Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
