PERSOL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fund Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our fund operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support our financial services initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the fund, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.,Monitor and analyze fund performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Coordinate with external service providers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with the finance and investment teams to ensure seamless integration of operations and financial activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fund operations, and recommend improvements.,Provide training and support to junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund operations, with a strong background in banking and financial services.,In-depth knowledge of fund accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in financial modeling and analysis using advanced Excel or similar tools.,Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.,Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
