📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to foster long-term business partnerships.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.,Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents to clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
