📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Schedule and assign vehicles to drivers based on operational needs.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Track and manage fuel consumption and expenses.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.
  • Handle communication and coordination with drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
