📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned section.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.,Monitor and evaluate section performance, providing regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.,Represent the company at internal and external events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR management and employee relations.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
