CV Fajar Teknologi is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee our maintenance operations and ensure the smooth running of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance and a strong leadership ability to manage a team of technicians. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues.,Manage inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies and materials.,Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues and improve overall efficiency.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Provide technical support and advice to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.,Experience with inventory management and procurement.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools for maintenance management.
