📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Oversee the implementation of new IT technologies and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.,Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and develop solutions to support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management and support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.,Proven experience in managing IT projects and implementing new technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees from various departments.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in IT security best practices and compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
