Pratama Cargo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our team in Baturaja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial support to the management team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide financial support to the management team by analyzing financial data and trends.,Supervise and mentor junior bookkeepers and accounting staff.,Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant accounting software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
